Omega U entered its seventh year executing over 1000 hours of community service, 3500 hours of mentorship, and have touched over 350 student lives within Prince William and surround counties and cities. The Omega U Program currently operates several after-school programs for 3rd grade to 8th grade students, and provides Omega U curriculum in school with partnership of Prince William County High Schools for 9th to 12 grade students. The program currently has 100 participating students from Northern Virginia, D.C, and Maryland. Omega U executes on a minimum of 40 hours of community service per school calendar year, 3 tours of colleges & universities, and provides several workshops on suicide prevention, dress for success, etiquette 101, leadership, goal setting, and practicing good study habits.

In 2017. Omega U won Youth Academy Program for the 3rd Districts of Omega Psi Phi Inc., in Arlington Virginia.  Omega U strives to continue to execute on essential program criterions to aid in the growth and support of America’s future leaders of tomorrow. Omega U commits our students and mentors to remain active in the community and continue to empower the next generation with an array of career opportunities, college tours, STEM labs, and educational workshops that will continue to instill the four Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

This work is only possible through the continued generous support of community philanthropist’s members such as you.  Pi Lambda Lambda youth empowerment programs have impacted so many students and families over the past seven years. Omega U continues to change the lives of our participating students to not only make them better in our communities, but better well rounded upstanding men and citizens. Through small donations, the Omega U program will continue to provide a world class mentoring program and partnership with Northern Virginia schools, local non-profits, colleges and universities.
